SPED Terms and Acronyms
The field of Special Education frequently uses shortened versions of terms or acronyms to refer to eligibilities, documents, organizations, agencies, etc. Special Education staff use these terms in their conversations and discussions and often forget that it sounds like a foreign language to individuals not familiar with the terminology.
