Description of program: 

 

The Environmental Sciences Technology Program focuses on skills necessary for exciting new careers in hydroponics and environmentally controlled agriculture. 1Plant growth is central to the curriculum as student will explore hydroponics (water-based) growth, along with aquaculture (fish & seafood), biotechnology, and environmental science. Students explore the use of computer technology in environmentally controlled growth systems and engage in advanced placement biology labs. This is a one or two year program. Science credit may be available for this program.
